Raspberry M&M Cookies!
I found these M&Ms @ Walmart yesterday.I knew right away I had to make these cookies.
While I'm not the biggest raspberry fan, I couldn't resist as I knew they would be pink and red!
And after tasting them, I have to say, they're pretty good :o)
I don't know how long this flavor is going to be around..so you might want to pick up a bag or two while they're here.
Brown sugar...mmmmm..
Mixin' it up..
As you can see, the raspberry candies are larger than the plain ones...
And prettier!
Line your cookie sheet with parchment paper. I used my small cookie scoop, which measures about 1 1/2 Tablespoons.
I topped each cookie mound with 2 (or 3) additional M&Ms.
I baked mine for 11 minutes @ 350.
I put 6 on each sheet.
I LOVE THESE COLORS!
Yay! I'm always happy when they turn out!
I did add a couple extra candies to the cookies straight from the oven. There just wasn't enough color for me.
I took a lot of pictures..I usually do!
:o)
Here's the recipe
Raspberry M&M Cookies
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 stick salted butter softened
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 bag (8oz) Raspberry M&Ms
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
With mixer, beat the butter, both sugars and vanilla mixing well. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Gradually mix in flour mixture, blending well.
Stir in M&Ms.
Bake 9-11 minutes @ 350 degrees on a parchment lined baking sheet.
I would LOVE any & all comments :o)
