Roasted Pecan Clusters

These are Amazing! I found this recipe in a Southern Living cookbook many years ago and they were an instant family favorite. I make several batches throughout the year, but especially for Thanksgiving and Christmas. You're gonna love 'em!
These are Super Simple & Super Delicious!

Are you ready for this???
Only 3 Ingredients!

  1. Chocolate
  2. Pecans
  3. Butter

 I LOVE pecans..
but..roasting the pecans with the butter makes them even BETTER!
This is my favorite candy making chocolate. Ghirardelli! During the holiday season..a little before Thanksgiving..you can find it at Sam's Club.
Cut up the chocolate in smallish pieces and melt...
 Mmmmm...this stuff is Awesome!
Time to mix it all together.
You can scoop or spoon the clusters onto a wax paper lined pan.

I doubled the recipe this time so I used 4 sheet pans.

 See..Super Simple!
Yum...I only ate 4 :o)

Roasted Pecan Clusters
3 Tablespoons Butter
3 Cups Pecans
6(2 oz) Squares Chocolate Bark Coating

Put pecans and cut up butter pieces in a 15x10 inch pan. Roast for 30 minutes @ 300 degrees stirring every 10 minutes.

Melt chocolate on low heat. Mix in roasted pecans. Drop by spoonfuls onto your pans lined with wax paper. Let set.
I guarantee these won't last long!
Happy Baking from Sugartown Sweets!
