 Melt your Jolly Ranchers on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, 

on 275 degrees for 7-8 minutes.

Insert a lollipop stick and arrange your Jelly Belly jelly beans. Done! Now go enjoy your family and those yummy cookout burgers and dogs!
